Irish Cream Pie

   

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

5 eggs
1-1/4 cups white sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup butter
1 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup Irish cream liquer
1-1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups Heart of the Desert Pistachio nuts
1 recipe pastry for a 9-inch single crust pie

Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or margarine. Blend in corn syrup and liquer. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour filling into pie shell.

Bake in a preheated 300°F oven for 1-1/2 hours or until browned. Cool.
