INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

2 cups shelled Heart of the Desert Pistachios
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon sugar (white or colored)

Preheat oven to 275° F. Mix all ingredients together and spread on non-stick cookie sheet. Roast for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and store in air tight container.
