Pistachio Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

3 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped Heart of the Desert Pistachios
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
3/4 cup slaw dressing

Mix all together in a large bowl.  Serve on lettuce bed with sliced cucumbers and crackers.
