Pistachio Crusted Chicken

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup ground Heart of the Desert pistachios pistachios
2 T chopped parsley
1/2 t chopped fresh ginger or powdered ginger
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
6 chicken breast halves
1 cup Italian dressing

Preheat oven to 350° F.  Combine bread crumbs, ground pistachios, ginger, salt, and pepper.  Dip chicken breasts in Italian dressing.  Coat with bread crumb mixture.  Place in shallow baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
